How do I purchase a work of art?
To purchase an amazing new artwork for your collection simply click the "BUY" button on the product page. If you do not see a "BUY" button it means that this particular work has already been sold.
How can I pay on A WAY?
A WAY Art Gallery accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, UnionPay or American Express through PayPal. If you would like to pay using another major credit card please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your shipping policy?
Shipping is not initially charged to the buyer through the A WAY Art Gallery website at the time of purchase. Shipping costs will be sent in a separate invoice to the buyer via PayPal once the exact calculations for shipping have been done. If the artwork needs to be shipped to a different address than the billing address please contact email@example.com to let us know.
All shipments will be packaged according to industry standards to ensure that they arrive safely. Buyers will receive an email when the artwork is shipped that includes a tracking number. If you have questions about shipping, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. The additional cost of shipping internationally as well as any taxes or duties are the buyer's responsibility. Additional shipping costs vary but are often in the range of $20- $100 CAD (depending on the size and weight of the artwork). International buyers are encouraged to contact us before placing your order online for an invoice. For a shipping estimate or other related questions please email us at email@example.com.
What is your return policy?
We seek to connect our artists with serious collectors and therefore do not offer returns at this time. Please get in touch before placing an order if you have any doubts or questions. We appreciate your understanding.
What about artworks damaged in shipping?
If there is an issue with a work once it has arrived, it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For example, if an artwork arrives damaged we will work with you to resolve the matter. The buyer must let us know within 7 days of delivery. The buyer must then return the artwork in the same condition as when it was shipped, to receive their refund.
